Hi there, I have worked in the Health industry firstly as an Enrolled Nurse (working mainly in Orthopaedics) for 10 years (1986-1997). My current vocation as a body worker commenced in 1988 studying Zen Shiatsu under Michael Wynne. In 1989 I graduated from Nature Care College (Sydney) with a  Remedial Massage Diploma. From 1991-1995 I studied Acupuncture and Chinese Massage at Acupuncture Colleges Australia (now UTS).

In between these courses I have completed shorter courses as a Fitness Leader (ACHPER), Wilderness First Aid, Crea Yoga (Rebirthing) Qi Gong and Tai Qi.

Since graduating from ACA I have completed several short Radio courses, from 2004-2006 I presented regular health features on community radio and for 5 years I was an Acupuncture tutor at the University of Technology Sydney. In 2009 I completed a cert IV in training and assessment.

My abiding chief interest throughout this time has been the nexus between mind and body, how what we think impacts on our bodies and how the appearance and function of the body affects our thinking.
